課程概述 |
Economic development affects the living standards and options of people. One old question in economic development states that “why some countries grow much faster than others”. While economic growth is an important issue in economic development, there are many other interesting issues in economic development. |
|
課程目標 |
The emphasis of the course in the first semester is on the studies of growth (both theoretical models and empirical work), population structure, inequality, poverty, fiscal policies, financial development and trade. |
